Guglielmo Marconi University has introduced an additional service to support students: social Q&A UniMarconi responds.
This service, active on Saturdays via Instagram stories, allows the University to answer students’ questions even when the campus is closed, guaranteeing continuous and accessible support over the weekend.
First date: Saturday, 13 July, 2024
Frequency: Two Saturdays per month
Objectives
The Social Q&A initiative was designed to provide useful information and answer general questions concerning:
- Enrollment
- Secretarial Services
- Exams
- Graduation Procedures
How it works
UniMarconi will post a story on its official Instagram account.
Students can submit their questions using the dedicated function within the story.
Within 24 hours, UniMarconi will respond the questions received through a series of Instagram Stories.
